As the energy from waste industry developed we recognised the operators need for a sustainable solution to their Incinerator Bottom Ash (IBA) by extracting metals from the IBA and manufacturing the residue into a quality aggregate suitable for the construction industry, we retain the materials value.

After investigating how waste to energy residues were treated in more developed markets in 2007 we designed and built our unique IBA recycling plant, which we continue to invest in and refine to increase efficiency, recovery and the quality of our secondary materials.

This expertise has enabled us to develop, what is now widely recognised, as one of the most advanced IBA recycling facilities in Europe. Our technology and processes set the benchmark for sustainability in the industry.
