Mason’s story with Johnsons began straight out of school, a path that’s given him hands-on experience from day one.

Mason explains. “It was the perfect way to learn the ropes while gaining real experience in a professional environment, during my early days at Johnson’s I completed a Business Administration apprenticeship”

His apprenticeship laid a strong foundation, giving him insight into the inner workings of the business and a chance to develop the communication and organisational skills that now define his career.

Now working as a Business Development Executive, Mason plays a key role in helping the company grow and strengthen its customer base.

“My role involves finding new business opportunities and building relationships with our customers,” he says. “I really enjoy the mix of strategic thinking and people interaction, no two days are ever the same.”

Mason is passionate about creating connections and helping clients find the right solutions. He takes pride in understanding what our customers really need and showing them how Johnsons can make a real difference.

When Mason isn’t developing new business or meeting with clients, he makes the most of his downtime.

“Outside of work, I’m big on football and running — I love keeping active, I also really enjoy eating out and going on holidays whenever I can. It’s nice to unwind, try new food, and explore different places.”
