DHL invested £90 million into expanding its European air freight hub at East Midlands Airport.
We supplied over 30,000 tonnes of recycled 6F2 capping material for use underneath the new warehouse and car park facilities. This provided a cost-effective alternative to primary aggregates providing a cost saving of over 40%. Using the same vehicles, we also took away 400 loads of recyclable hardcore reducing vehicle movements in and out of site.
