Tom joined Johnsons Aggregates in 2022, bringing with him more than 15 years’ experience in transport planning and logistics coordination.

Before joining Johnsons, Tom built a strong operational background working for major organisations including DFS, Hörmann and Kuehne + Nagel. Throughout his career, he has developed extensive expertise in transport planning, operational efficiency and problem-solving within fast-paced environments where accuracy, communication and responsiveness are essential.

In his role as Transport Planner at Johnsons, Tom manages the transport requirements for the company’s incinerator operations and oversees the scheduling and routing of a fleet of 22 eight-wheelers. He plays a central role in coordinating daily logistics, ensuring vehicles are utilised efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety and customer service. Working closely with drivers, the sales team and sub-contractors, Tom helps ensure operations run smoothly and on time.

Outside of work, Tom is a keen Spurs supporter and enjoys playing both football and golf. He also loves spending time outdoors, particularly hiking with his family and their dog.
